Our BCBAs and RBTs are ready to serve the staff and students at your school. We can provide a range of services including more intensive support or less involved support.
Specialized Support Consultation Services
Functional Behavior Assessments
Our BCBAs can conduct observations and complete assessments to determine the function of your student’s behaviors. This entails conducting a day of observations, gathering data and insights from teachers and completion of an in-depth Functional Behavior Assessment report. This report may come with or without behavior plan recommendations, at your request.
Consultations
Stumped on what to do for a challenging student? You can contact your assigned BCBA to complete a consultation. They can sit in on behavior plan meetings, observe the student, give ideas and provide some training around behavior intervention strategies that haven’t yet been tried or thought of.
In-Depth Collaborative Services
Behavior Intervention Plans
Our BCBAs can collaborate with you to write a thorough behavior intervention plan, create materials, train paras, teachers and/or RBTs on the plan and ensure it is implemented with fidelity. They can sit in on IEP meetings, explain the plan to parents and the rest of the team, attend BIP reviews and more.
Staff Training
Our BCBAs can train your staff for professional development days or conduct on site, less formal training daily or weekly to paras, teachers and RBTs.
Formal training includes topics such as Classroom Management Strategies, Properly Writing a Behavior Plan on Embrace, Intro to ASD, Mandt Training and more! Contact us for more information about the training we provide.
